Great customer service! Had some issues with other auto shops in town but Pearson was very good at communicating and weren't pushy about making certain fixes what so ever. Would highly recommend!
Booking online was super easy. I was really nervous about bring in my car because another shop shorted me. They did a thorough inspection and kept me in the loop by calling! Will be coming back!
Shawna is always friendly, accommodating and nice to everyone who walks through the doors, as well as the mechanics. They have always been up front and knowledgeable when helping me with multiple vehicles. Great place.
