Had my Honda Pilot serviced at Pearson Auto West in Fairbanks (timing belt and axles) and everything went perfectly. The price was agreed on up front with no surprises, and the work was completed on time as promised. Professional, straightforward, and easy to work with—highly recommend!

I have never had a bad experience at Pearson West. The staff seems knowledgeable and are friendly. When I came in for an oil change for whatever reason the system misplaced my appointment. Thankfully there was a cancellation and I was able to slide into the spot. I'm sure even if there hadn't been a cancellation they would have done their best to fit me in. With the weather being as awful as it was I really want to extend recognition to their whole team for their dedication in the face of miserable conditions of -30°F and below. Professional, friendly, quick and inexpensive. I usually change my own oil and don't like people messing with my truck but it was around -40. They were lovely and didn't tell me my oil had never been changed, (every 6 months!). The change was only 50 and they found a coolant leak I hadn't been aware of, their flush and fill for that is only 199. Already scheduled an appointment. And a comprehensive inspection that matched what I already knew needed to be done.
