They are so kind and compassionate, making a very hard day easier. They answer all questions no matter how many are asked and explain everything, ensuring clients never feel rushed. They are highly recommended for preventive health care, emergency pet treatment, or illness.
The staff at McKinley were very responsive to my last minute request for an urgent care visit for my elderly dachshund who was in a lot of pain. I appreciated how thorough and timely everyone was. Cat needed surgery in a hurry. They took care of it QUICK and the cost came in below estimate. Full disclosure...still expensive for an adopted cat! Guess that's the cost of not having pet insurance on a critter you love!
We showed up early in the morning, right after opening without an appointment for our dog who had injured herself and needed some help. Our regular vet, who was completely booked for the day, happily fit us in and did everything and more to help us out. You all are amazing!
