Having a computer issue can be one of the most stressful things that a person can encounter.My advice would be to right now without waiting save contact info for Meck Tech Solutions in your phone.My experience is that you call and in my case I got Jim on the phone. Of course I'm in a panic, it's my computer, I don't want to let everybody down that is counting on me. Jim is one of those people, those few individuals that have the ability to instantly make you feel like everything's going to be okay he's got you.After only a few questions Jim is able to at least in my case remote into my machine, do his magic, and my computer returned to normal (actually it's much faster...read full review
What an honor to do business with Jim, a fellow Veteran. He masterfully resurrected my liquid damaged laptop. My repair required new parts and meticulous cleaning. He remained in constant contact to provide me with maintenance progress and current shipping status of repair parts.
