What an honor to do business with Jim, a fellow Veteran. He masterfully resurrected my liquid damaged laptop. My repair required new parts and meticulous cleaning. He remained in constant contact to provide me with maintenance progress and current shipping status of repair parts. He selflessly made time to meet me around town when I otherwise would have been unable to reach him due to my work schedule.Jim, I thought this laptop was done for. You restored this machine as if it were brand new and saved me hundreds. Thank you for the great work. Fairbanks has a gem with your skill set, professionalism, and impeccable customer care. If any one out there needs similar support,… read full review
