Great activity and confidence builder for the kids. Coaches Jeff and Parker give the kids room to learn and encourage them to push past comfort zones. Adult classes are a great mix of fundamentals and more technical techniques. There is something for every skill level in every class. Great gym environment to learn and push yourself hard for improvement. Also, don't beat yourself up if you miss class every now and then... your new friends will do that for you.“
