About Eye Clinic of Fairbanks

The Eye Clinic of Fairbanks is a professional and clean facility, known for its kind and knowledgeable doctors, particularly Dr. Delzer, who works well with patients, including those with special needs. However, the clinic has been criticized for long wait times and delays in providing services, such as glasses orders taking much longer than promised.

When calling to ask what my PD was for my script so I can order glasses online. The girl at the front desk proceeded to act like it was such an inconvenience to answer my questions regarding this number that the website is requesting she said you can just guess that’s what I do. I said ok well I don’t just want to “guess” when it comes to my vision. She then proceeded to huff and say “omg” as if I was asking for the world. Now I see why so many people don’t recommend going to the eye clinic of Fairbanks. I then asked for the manager who had just as much attitude. NO THANKS DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been going to the Eye Clinic of Fairbanks for the past 6 months and have been so impressed by their staff & the return of Dr Zamber.

The clinic was getting a bad wrap & was. Poorly managed by someone else. Dr Zamber & his staff have returned & are offering quality eye care. They are a little understaffed right now & still trying to bring their service to a higher standard. I you get a message when you call leave one & they will return your call.

This time they told me my prescription was expired and they couldn’t do anything about it, I work 7 12’s 6am-6pm so when I got the time they didn’t have the time for me or to ever call me to say hey, we would like to see you. I will...read full review
