We were getting shocked by our drier and when the breaker for a certain bedroom was turned on, our electric bill was double. Our situation was caused by a shorted wire between 2 outlets in the bedroom. Brian was professional and approachable: he took the time to explain what he was thinking and he kept going until he isolated the problem. He worked late for us. When He needed to he stopped to think about it and came back later. He cleaned up after himself completely. We could not be more pleased!“
