Brian figured out a tricky electrical problem in our home. We were getting shocked by our drier and when the breaker for a certain bedroom was turned on, our electric bill was double. Our situation was caused by a shorted wire between 2 outlets in the bedroom. Brian was professional and approachable: he took the time to explain what he was thinking and he kept going until he isolated the problem. He worked late for us.
