I came to Kamalei nervous to begin exercising again (as it had been years 🙄) and too intimated to join a larger gym. She made the process incredibly easy and convenient. After a few months I was confidently able to join a group class with the awesome trainer, Evee! Everyone is super knowledgeable & friendly! I highly recommend both Kamalei for personal training and any of the group classes offered! 💪🏼 Plus the results are awesome!

I been training at WellFit's with Gee for awhile now and I appreciate all the time, passion, plus plenty of motivation that he gives me.. I've been taught the nutritional and physical way to train my body/muscles to function on new levels.. I am proud of my decision to join this establishment and can't wait to see what the future of being WellFit has to offer me..
