Before the Orange and Blue stores opened in town, Brown's Electric provided every electrifying item required to bring a cabin into the 21st century. Years later they still rock with a woman behind the counter who knows her stock off the top of her head, and is responsive and helpful to both expert tradespeople and semi-lost homeowners alike. Whether finding something in stock or requiring a special order, Brown's service vastly surpasses anywhere else we've gone in town, and every experience we've had here is positive.

My husband went to Brown's Electrical Supply, after scouring Fairbanks for a plastic lamp shade. (It was a weird lamp shade that went on with a large screw.) Neither Walmart where it was purchased or the manufacturer had one available. The young lady said, "I'll try." and sure enough Brown's Electric found one, it wasn't exact but it fit fine when he got home. He had asked how much and was told that when they get a lamp in that's broken or breaks, and the shade survives they just put it on a shelf and keep it until someone walks in and wants it. My husband and I recommend Brown's Electrical Supply to any one who has electrical needs. The are GOOD PEOPLE!!

A very nice lady answered questions over the phone and then did us a tremendous favor when the dog chewed through the remote cord for our new adjustable bed. THEY ACTUALLY FIXED IT! Wonderful people and service and the wife and I truly do appreciate it.
