Not terribly impressed with the service!! I ordered flowers for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered them online and credit card was immediately charged but I never did receive a receipt or confirmation. Therefore, when they hadn't been delivered by the time the store closed at 6:00 pm I assumed they wouldn't be. I also called twice this afternoon and left messages with no response. So now the element of surprise went as I let my daughter know that I had ordered flowers but guess they weren't turning up. She just called me to say they had been delivered finally at 6:35 pm. I received an absolutely gorgeous vase of flowers today from my husband via Arctic Floral. They are so fresh and fragrant! The roses, lilies, carnations are so beautiful…My classroom smells amazing, and everyone can still smell the roses down the hall at my school ?
