I was impressed how meticulous the service person was, how they cleaned up after their work, how patient they are with a customer's questions, and how well their service is. They did not take it personal when I asked questions about their service and when I asked them what should I expect from their service and follow-up. I had a bad experience with another company (FSC) whose work failed inspection two times. With this type of work, unfortunately more often than not you can only count on a companies word that they did the work satisfactorily (not all of us are able to climb a roof to check). Alaska's Chimney Service is credible, because they explained what they are going to to, and took photos so I can see what they had done. How honest and reliable is that!
