The coach is incredibly patient with kids, knows how to keep them engaged, and clearly cares deeply about teaching both jiu jitsu and promoting good character. You can tell there's a real passion behind what he does. The environment is welcoming, supportive, and structured. We've seen growth in resilience, confidence, and skill in both our kids. Highly recommend for families looking for a positive place for their kids to learn and train!
We’ve been so grateful for our time at The Sword Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. My son can be a little shy at first, but Coach Chris and his team have a way of connecting with the kids that feels genuine and calm while still keeping them focused and disciplined. Cameron comes home proud of what he learned, excited to show us new moves, and even more importantly, he’s learning respect, patience, and self-control in a way that actually sticks.
I’ve been attending the sword for a while now and it’s been amazing. I’ve trained in a few gyms over the years and I can confidently say The Sword is my favorite. Chris promotes a great atmosphere and even coaches my kids
