Her ability to help me understand what she was going to have me do was the first hurdle I have struggled with other PTs in the past. She found a level that was comfortable for me to follow her lead and get better with strength and confidence. When I started I couldn’t bend forward or backwards without great pain. Now I have done a bike trip through Italy and hot yoga in California. Even as I graduated she gave me tips and tools to get stronger and better for trips my wife and I are planning (a two week 100 mile hike, I say walk, through Spain and a bike and hike trip in Greece). I never thought I would be able to do this stuff after my multiple injuries. Words cannot express how these amazing professionals can change your life if you give them a chance.
