I’m a retired CPA and Veteran living in Connecticut, who unexpectedly became a Personal Representative following my sister’s untimely death in May 2022. During the relator vetting process, I met Lance Davis of Eagle River, Alaska. Initially we spoke about the company, their availability, staff and dedication to their clients. We also discussed, what would be a long distance relationship, in selling my sisters house in Eagle River, with me returning to Connecticut. He quickly put me at ease when he stated he’s done these types of sales frequently and with email, DocuSign, etc. there would not be an issue we couldn’t handle long distance. He also told me there is a non-real estate group that he uses to assist in doing repairs, like painting, yard work, cleaning, and general prepping the house for sale.
We then turned to his marketing, valuation and sales approach. I was pleased to find a realistic, knowledgeable, business savvy team, that I believed, would best served my situation. From start to finish, he and his staff kept me informed daily, each step of the process, and always being available to respond to my questions etc. In my case, being 4 hours ahead of Alaska time made this very easy.
I was extremely pleased with his entire team’s professionalism, caring, respect for my questions and comments. I couldn’t conceive of anyone doing anything more to better the sales result. Oh, by the way, the house sold in one day at a price higher than the asking price!!

We had an absolutely great experience working with Chirley Winborg, Lance and Brandi. Selling a house is stressful (especially when you have not done it in over 19 years) and they made the experience very organized and incredibly less stressful. Communication between the entire team was great. Loved the "showing" tool which made showings simple and quick! I truly appreciated the weekly email showing what items we had completed towards our sale and what items were still pending. This helped keep things on track and there were no hiccups at the time of sale, which went flawlessly. I appreciate their attention to detail and also their ease of communication, if one was not available the other was and that was reassuring that we were all on the same page!
