Specifically, Brian couldn’t have done a better job.Here’s my story: My husband was getting ready to leave for the summer (he works remotely). I went downstairs to grab something and discovered a giant flood in the basement. It was coming from a pipe in the wall and there was SO much water. It felt devastating and overwhelming. I was trying to figure out how I would deal with the flood by myself/with two toddlers. I called Dry Out Systems of Alaska and they very quickly sent Brian over. I felt overwhelmed by everything that needed to be moved/cleaned/all the water…but Brian is AMAZING. He was so calm and told me I didn’t need to worry about anything. He would take care of everything. He moved all the stuff out of the way. Cleaned up the water and got fans/dry out equipment going immediately. He dealt with my insurance company, was so meticulous about documenting everything to prevent any insurance issues. I could go on and on…but bottom line, if you have a flood you should definitely call Dry Out Systems of Alaska!“
