My tenant informed me that their dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes. I knew that this could also cause the electric element on the dryer to fail if I let it go on very long. I called and set up an appointment. The technician showed up right on time. Davin set up his equipment right away and started cleaning the dryer duct. Any large amount of dryer lent came pouring out of the duct. Davin worked for about 40 minutes to get every bit of lint out of the duct. After he was finished there was a lot of lint on the ground. Couldn't be happier with the service I was provided! Luke came to my house and in 30 minutes diagnosed what 2 other HVAC techs couldn't. I wasted 400$ on techs when this guy diagnosed my problem in no time. After he was finished he mentioned that he really wanted to ensure that would fix my problem and to follow up if I had any additional questions...This kind of service is unheard of! The manager was trouble shooting over the phone and told me straight about what he would look for and the service I would be provided. If you have any issues give these boys a call!
