“My first time booking a male Brazilian wax with Rebecca. Ive had waxing in other countries and find that Rebecca can be proud of her service, as its on par with any other top notch salons. The process was easy and friendly. Rebecca is very talented and has great customer skills. The waxing process was very comfortable and thorough. The facility is very clean, neat and pleasant. “I recently sent my daughter in for an impromptu eyebrow visit, to my hurry I did not recognize that I had not scheduled with a master stylist for her. She came home a mess, with crooked eyebrows and tears just before her birthday weekend. She stated she felt rushed in the appointment and didn’t feel like the gal cared enough to hear her concerns as the next appointment was already there and waiting.
I reached out via the website with my concern and issue- Michelle, the owner was very prompt in reaching out to me and assisted my daughter in correcting the situation. We also received follow up from the gal who initially provided the service.

“Went in for a set of volume lashes. Came out with these stubs! The lashes started on one eye 1/4 up my eye instead of the very beginning of my lashes, the other was even further up. I don’t know what she put on them at the end, but they are stiff. I came out looking like I already needed a months fill. This is legitimately the worst lash experience I’ve ever had. I tried to like them, but ended up crying with how bad they look. I messaged them saying how much I hated them. Was told they don’t have time to fix them, but gave me a referral for a walk in where I could pay again for lashes that should have been done as volume the first time. I once loved this place, but I’ll never return!
Edit: I will not remove my review, but I was very upset at the time that I had spent this amount of money and the response I received. Ember Asthetics is a wonderful place and so welcoming. I had always had the best experience. The first person I went to I absolutely loved, but they changed what they wanted to do.
My review is a real situation that happened from my side and should they have corrected them faster, yes. I couldn’t pay what I paid to go get fixed and wait for them. However, I also do understand it can be hard to get someone in quickly. I was just so upset at that moment because I could finally afford to do this. I have custody of little ones and I had to buy everything all over for them, as 3 young children were flown to me with just a small backpack of stuff for 3 young young babies. Child care and buying everything they needed was a struggle that I needed to hold down 2 full time jobs, but it’s no excuse to write a deeming hateful review. It was my honest opinion in the beginning.
Do all in all, do go to Ember Asthetics, to this date I have still recommended the place for others and I will continue to recommend them. My teeth gems have lasted I believe 3 years. The artists there are warm, welcoming, and usually the best. I normally walk out with what I want and feeling like a beautiful queen.
So all in all, if you want an inclusive, no judgement experience, do visit Ember. Just don’t be like me and not say something in the moment. Do not
wait as I was really trying to like them. Ember deserves our support to keep going and thrive in the environment we live in today!
