“We’re new in town and we came to this place because they accepted TRICARE. They were fantastic with my kids. We had a wellness check and two sports physicals. As well as a physical for pre-surgery for a dental visit. They treated our kids wonderfully. We made an appointment they got us in right away. front desk was thorough and super kind. The doctor we saw was thorough as well covered every single base ; got us what we needed and we left with documents in hand as well as them being willing to fax them where they needed to go. Just exceptional care all around. I’m very impressed. You could tell that they love what they do.“

“I had a great experience at Alpine Urgent Care in Anchorage.

I was visiting from out of town and came in after a ski accident for X-rays on a dislocated shoulder. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The wait was short, and I was helped right away.

Everyone took their time and treated me with genuine care. Karolina, in particular, was excellent—kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process.

I was also there with my six-year-old daughter, who had been sick for a few days. Karolina treated her with so much kindness and made her feel comfortable while assessing her, which meant a lot as a parent.

Overall, the level of care and professionalism stood out. I would highly recommend Alpine Urgent Care to anyone in the Anchorage area.“

“Best urgent care in America. They’re usually a last option. But this one has top notch care. The staff was polite and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and gave me what I needed to get better. No less no more. The price was affordable and they may be willing to work with you on a sliding scale. Being nice to the doctors and staff goes a long way here.“
