Bought a house. Happy with the house generally. They made the buying process easy from their end.

The only reason this isn't five stars is that Spinnell failed to let me know when I bought the house that I would have to pay them $200 to get a mailbox key from the post office or use a different mail service like a PO box at $200/year.

Seriously, I spent 2 months working from offer to close and this little nugget of information could not be conveyed at any point???

Seems like decent quality at first appearance, but after living in the home for only a few months, the floors and walls are made of paper mache — we have a shared wall with neighbor and it’s so noisy, can even hear the neighbor snoring at night! If anyone is upstairs in our own house, it sounds like an elephant stampede above you. The sump pump sounds like a sonic boom and it’s installed in the bedroom closet. Overall disappointed with quality of building considering the price of the home.
