I am writing a review for spinel homes and giving them 4 stars because we are in there process of building a house with them right now, but do not have a finish product yet. So far the process has been smooth. First we got in touch with a super awesome realtor who has had years of experience with spinner homes. He was able to help us with which floor plan to go with and how to budget for upgrades and what not to spend money on. We were able to change several things to make it what we wanted: rectangle kitchen island instead of a curved one, two sinks in the master bathroom instead of one. We really enjoyed working with Spinell HOmes on building our dream home.It turned out better then we could have imagined. They where easy to get a hold of and comunication was great. Would work with them again if we needed to build again.

Have built a few homes with Spinell and they have exceeded my expectations every time. From finding the lot, to picking the plan that would work , and then choosing the finishes. Everything was very easy and organized. Definitely recommend!
