Roxanne was amazing. She was very patient and thorough in troubleshooting to figure out our problem with a complicated mess involving multiple condo units. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Positive attitude and explained everything clearly.
Roxanne was here to deal with some error codes on my heat pump that appeared to be electrical. She was meticulous and thorough, checking all other possible sources of electrical problems that might be contributory even after she had corrected the problem.
