Quarter of a million dollar project with condominium complex. Inconsistencies from start to finish with improper communication and follow-through. Having chosen this company due to history and competitive bid provided, the utter lack of professionalism on the owner's part was tedious and exhausting. It could have been better and should have been better if only by paying attention to uniformity with the buildings regardless of the (owner's) excuse concerning the number of workers at the time. I bought a house and had some roof damage that the inspector missed. They are the top company on Google. Regardless, I reached out to Adam with rain proof roofing. Adam came out and worked with me and my wife on a solution to fix my house. He went far above and beyond to help us. I reached out to multiple companies throughout this time. And they would not help or have the knowledge to fix the issues I had.. Adam came out with his expertise and his crew to fix the issues with my house.
