The zipper on the only dress I brought for a family funeral broke while I was getting ready for the service. I am not from this area. So I called local places and to no avail. Mee told me to give her an house so I went back to my hotel. When I got back to my note, Mee told me she was done. It was less than 30 mins. Not only did Mee fix my zipper, but she didn't want to charge me! I wanted to pay, but she kept insisting that it was okay. Even though I was late to the funeral, I made it and I have Mee @Queens Dry Cleaners to thank. Businesses don't do business like this anymore.

I've been going to Queens for a while years and they've always done a good job with my laundry but I've never felt compelled to write a review until today.
I noticed one of my favorite shirts was missing that I'd had laundered 2-4 weeks ago and was replaced by a crappy kirkland shirt that I probably wouldn't wipe my armpits with. I went in (Without a receipt) and just had a few collar tags left over to identify my items. 4-5 people dropped what they were doing to go on a goose chase for a large fitted striped shirt based on my description - and I wasn't even positive about the Brand - but they found my shirt! This was the only time in 15-20 experiences I've ever had...read full review
