Planet Fitness offers a clean and relaxed environment for its members. With over 2,400 locations, the gym provides a wide range of equipment, including treadmills and exercise machinery. While the gym can get crowded during peak hours, members generally find it easy to access equipment.
The staff are described as helpful and courteous. However, some members have reported issues with the gym's wifi connection. Additionally, the cancellation process has been cited as challenging, particularly for college students.
Despite these drawbacks, Planet Fitness is considered a great value for the price. The facility is clean, and the staff provide exceptional customer service, with one staff member, Bobby, setting an example for others to follow by acknowledging each guest with personable service.
My first membership at Planet Fitness. This location is great. New and varied equipment. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The biggest problem is other members. Several just sit on the machines and play with their phones between sets and are completely oblivious to others who are waiting. My workouts are running 20-30 minutes longer because of this. Please encourage your members to do their workout and play with their phones on their own time outside the gym.
Love the friendly staff and meaningful connection they make with you. No other gym I've ever been to greets me by my name and always with a smile. I truly feel like i'm working out with my friends here.
Service and cleanliness here is superb. I can usually use everything with little or no wait. The staff always make us feel welcome and very helpful. Hydro massage chairs are awesome after a workout.
