Professional, punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, experienced, friendly, and patient. One thing is for sure, you can call someone else or you can call pinnacle to be taken care of. Worth the wait if there is one!!
Pinnacle installed our boiler several years ago and has serviced it ever since. They've always been professional and helpful. When we went to sell our house, they went the extra mile to coordinate with our realtor to get an inspection and some maintenance done. I especially appreciate the personal touch they provide. I've never felt like just another customer - just the opposite.
