They are careful and ask you to handle instruments safely so that they remain in immaculate condition. Petr plugged a customer into a nice tube amp and let them play for a while. The guitar was set up well. Took a custom bass in to have the frets leveled and set up properly. Plays like butter. Will take all my guitars there from now on. Excellent work. Fair prices.
What a great music shop! I’ve bought multiple guitars from this shop and the customer service is amazing. Petr even brought back to life an acoustic guitar that had been sitting for years. I love this place and the staff. Petr truly has a passion for what he is doing.
Petr and Christy are wonderful. They coordinated a graduation gift with my dad from the lower 48. They are very responsive and great communicators. I stopped in the shop with my dad after graduation and tried some instruments out. They are so kind and will plug in and allow you to try as much as you want. There was no upsell or push on buying. They truly want you to find something you love. Petr’s craftsmanship is high quality and a skill that is a hidden gem in Alaska. Anytime my main violin needs work I’ll be coming to their shop from now on. I so appreciate the both of you! Thank you for treating my dad and I so well! You created an experience we will both have forever.
