I have been out of the loop when it comes to carpet cleaning. I managed to spot clean carpets over the years, but I needed to get them deep cleaned. OB arrived today and preformed a miracle. We purchased a townhouse in Alaska but the military kept us living out of state. For years, OB took great care of all our carpet cleaning issues for our tenants. He even installed new door locks, fixed electrical/heating issues that arose because he knew we were out of state. Yesterday we finally met him and witnessed his professionalism firsthand. He arrived early, accessed the carpet with a black light, explained the process and went to work. The carpet is spectacular: no foul wet smell with absolutely no stains. Did I mention our carpet is white? No small feat for this pristine look. We can't say enough great things about OB. We will continue to recommend him. It's easy to choose a large company that just goes through the motions but we choose to hire self employed people. They stand behind their work. We haven't been disappointed. Thank you!!
