Showed up in under 45 mins on a Sunday. Picked my safe lock in a few minutes on one that doesn’t have a high success rate for picking. Charged as much as he said he would on the phone.

What an amazing and professional experience! Yen was honest and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. He fixed a broken lock without replacing it, while he could have easily charged more for a new one. He did some other work as well.
