I have gone to this salon for many years. I have personally witnessed how hard they try to accommodate all guests and make everyone feel comfortable. Their ability to keep an established clientele is apparent when you see so many familiar faces visit after visit. We went and got 3 pedicures yesterday, they were so amazing. I've never had a better experience getting a pedicure. I had a great conversation with the lady, she was asking me if I was doing ok, if I was hurting, how I liked my nails shaped. She was just incredible. The environment just felt so much more welcoming and inviting than the place I normally went. 100% will continue to come here for pedicures!

Both times me and my daughter went they messed up on the color. They're so sure it matches with the picture we are showing them and they always seem to get the color wrong. This past week we went, it being our 2nd time, they said we can both be seen then took my daughter 1st and told me abt 15 mins later they were booked and won't be able to help till after my daughter is done, which took almost 3hrs for her nails, the nail tech, kept getting it wrong and was ignoring my daughter when she first told the lady the color was wrong, it took 3 different women walking around rushing and having attitude to find the right color.
