About Myo Alaska
Myo Alaska offers myofascial release therapy that addresses both physical and mental issues, helping clients find relief from soreness and stress. The therapy acknowledges that the body can store emotions and traumas, and combines evidence-based treatment with emotional awareness to create a holistic healing experience. Clients have praised their therapist, Ann, for her talent and ability to provide exactly what is needed during each session. Many have noted significant improvements in tension relief, with one stating that a migraine was alleviated after treatment. The booking process is convenient, allowing clients to complete intake paperwork online. The location is in a dermatology office, which is easy to find with ample parking. However, some clients have reported that the office can be noisy at times, which may detract from the overall experience. Despite this, the positive feedback about Ann and her attentive approach makes Myo Alaska a recommended choice for those seeking effective massage therapy.
Ann is amazing! I gave her a brief description of what type of massage I was looking for and she executed perfect. I have a lot of tension in my back but the next day after the massage i felt great! I am definitely going back.
Wow! Ann is incredibly skilled at her craft. Best 2 hours I've spent in a long time. Very communicative and great attention to desired pressure. She was able to work inside my left shoulder where I don't like being touched cause it usually triggers so hard, but she got it to release so much! 😌 Whole body feels amazing, can't wait for the next session! 🙇♂️🙏
I've been on the hunt for a local massage therapist that I can see when I am not with my long term therapist in Seattle. Upon his suggestion I've been searching for therapists that prioritize continuing education, have solid schooling and can perform myofascial massages. This is what lead me to Myo Alaska.Booking my appointment was very easy and I was able to do intake paperwork online before my appointment. The location of the massage is inside of a dermatology office off of Dimond. Parking was easy and the location was simple to find. The massage therapist Ann is very nice and she checks in with you throughout the massage to gauge pressure which was nice. Ann was able to find all of my tight spots and relieved a migraine that had been plaguing me for a couple of days. The office that the massage takes place in can be rather loud at times, which is my main complaint for Myo Alaska. There was someone down the haul receiving a treatment where they kept saying "Ow" which was somewhat unsettling.
