Tim was AMAZING! I was very hessitant to even get a hearing test let alone hearing aides but he made the process very easy and comfortable. He talked to me through deciding on which hearing aides would be best and insured I was comforable with wearing and caring for them.

I talked to the owner on the phone to repair or check out my mom's hearing aid. He was nice on the phone. But when we arrived at his shop, he was on the side walk welcoming us. He was excellent in repairing the aid and he never charged for the battery. He was very polite and warm person. No such wonderful customer service anymore anywhere else. God Bless and Thank you sir. Go there only I say clearly.
Tim was very patient, knowledgeable and extremely kind. I thoroughly enjoyed each visit that we had with him. The wait time at his office has been 5 mins or less. He makes good use of his and our time which I greatly appreciate. We don't feel rushed or pressured in any way. He takes his time and explains everything we need to know and invites any questions. Even though we live in the Valley, I would not hesitate to make the trip into Anchorage to see him. I've referred him to my Valley friends and will continue to do so! He is a strong asset to Miracle Ear - thank you so much Tim!
