This company not only excels in their craft, but also in kindness. I came in this morning from Wasilla with a zipper- cushion emergency, and with no delay they took it back to get the zipper sewn. While I waited no more than ten minutes for the zipper fix, the staff took the time to get to know me and engage in great conversation. It was refreshing to say the least.I haven’t seen such great customer service like this in a while. If I could give a million stars to this company I would. Thank you Lugos Upholstery for setting the bar for other businesses in Anchorage & for making a random customers emergency, your emergency!

Saved me from buying two new pieces of living room furniture on different occasions. The cost savings and level of service was well worth it. And one repair wasn't even upholstery. It was foot rest springs in a recliner.

JR at Lugos was awesome very professional personable and efficient my f150 front leather seat was very worn and needed replaced he recommended the perfect leather replacement and installed it perfectly it not only was beautiful but so comfy thanks JR my seat looks and is brand new I love it !!!!!❤️ Lugos
