Forbes is about as perfect as you can expect. She truly is a color God. I've not met her equal.
Kirstin has always done a great job with my hair, she remembers what we have done before and what has worked and not worked (this is after not seeing her for a year). When I wanted to try something new this time she gave me options and helped me pick the best one and I am more than happy. She helped me add a hidden color in my hair for some fun.
