I hadn’t gotten a trim or hair cut in over a three years, on top of that I had never had a deep conditioning done to my hair. Samantha was able to do all of these things, including a braid, and not only was she funny, beautiful, and gentle with my hair , she was also extremely knowledgeable and told me everything she was doing as she was doing it. I was fearful about any extra length to come off and she told me how much damaged and dead hair needed to be cut but that she was willing not to cut a lot. I am a regular customer to JC Penny Salon at the 5th Avenue Mall. I book my visits with Magaloy who specializes not only how you want your hair but knows how to move forward and have an idea if your one of the people like me who needs a fancy cut and not sure of the names of the types of haircut.
