I highly recommend J & H for machine repair and purchase. Over the last 20+ years, I have owned a variety of Pfaff sewing and embroidery machines. Most recently I upgraded to the Pfaff Icon. In addition to servicing my Pfaff's, Jess had done maintenance on my Nolting Pro long-arm, a 1962 Singer, 1910 Singer tredle machine, and a couple of sergers. The staff are all knowledgeable about the sewing machines and work to educate the customers and what the machines can do.
We have had nothing but a friendly, professional, and satisfying, experience with Jess and his friendly crew. I highly recommend them for good repair service and great knowledge! Definitely a 5 star company!!!!
