Helped when others would never return call. Manager/owner worked us into their already busy schedule despite short notice. Technician on scene fixed issue in a very short time frame, explained issue so I could understand and was very friendly. Had what I thought was a small project, changing out a few outlets in my house to get it up to code for sale. Turned out to be a bigger project than I thought. Intel Electric answered the phone on the first call, scheduled the appointment without hassle, worked with me on the issue so they didn't go in blind, the technician showed up on time, and knocked out the work in well under the time I was quoted.
