What a pleasant place. Making an appointment got us in and out in 8 minutes. Staff was super efficient and to the point. Disregard the negative reviews, they were probably just mad that they didn't make an appointment or showed up unprepared.
Was able to book an appointment the day before between 3-4pm on a weekday. I arrived a few minutes early and there was only one person ahead of me. When it was my turn the whole process only took a couple minutes ?
Computer system crash that lasted two days which meant I couldn't submit paper documents for the TSA pre check. Apparently it was nationwide. Since I work in Barrow, I have to take two days off work to be able to provide the documents in person. Very disappointing that there aren't more options available to the people who live in remote AK.
