Sent my phone in to get the data backed up into another phone. The old phone screen had died and the phone was broken. They got years of photos and videos off and onto the new phone for me the same day they got, and mailed it back the next day. They kept me posted throughout the process of fixing it. They were professional and really knew their stuff.

I dropped a MacBook off for a new battery on a tight timeline before I headed out of town, and they overnighted the battery and had it done quickly. They were very communicative, straight forward, and easy to work with. I will be using High Frequency for all my future needs. ?
