Hale’s saved me thousands of dollars in fixes and the cost a rental car. A different, clearly predatory shop (they barely tried to hide it) was trying to convince me I needed to replace my head gasket.Hale’s was able to tentatively diagnose it—over the phone—as a sound coming from the timing chain tensioner. I brought it into their shop and turns out they were correct.My car is now working perfectly well—better than it has in at least 2 years—and the issues are gone.Very knowledgeable, very friendly folks, who aren’t in the business of price-gouging. Always fun to get in your car first thing in the morning and find out your tire pressure is low. When you find out there’s a screw in your tire that makes it even more fun. Contacted them and they were able to get us in right after work. Less than a half an hour later we were on our way home. Could not be more pleased with their service!Service: Tires
