Called to start a conversation about our home project. Need structural work done on our roof. Lady on the phone was rude, and tried to make me feel guilty I even called. I’ve pry have $100,000 of work that needs done, and she was just stand off-ish from the get go. The ego, and entitlement, that comes from certain contractors just because they are busy is absurd. Who knows, maybe they are great to work with in the long run, but I couldn’t even get past an initial phone call with her. BTW, I actually work in the trade as a specialized contractor, and also have over 30 years in sales. Extremely expensive. Gave us a kitchen remodel quote 4x the cost than everyone else.Edit- I am rating their customer service and value. It is true they never met us. It was at their request we send photos via email first, instead of coming to assess our project in person. Several photos and a detailed engineer's report were sent, so they got more than a "tiny" amount of info. When emailing back and forth, I asked for clarification, because surely there must have been some mistake to get a quote that high? I was met with "We're definitely on different pages".
