Excellent store with pretty darn good customer service… They make it very easy to place an order and pick up. I’ve never had any problems at this location and they’ve always been very helpful.
Just left Grainger where Michael went above and beyond and let me run inside to pick up my order even though it 4 minutes after they closed. I really appreciated it so much as well as there obvious customer first attitude. Thank you again Michael ?
Had some issues with air compressors, and this would have been a 2 star rating. Luckily we were able to get ahold of Jason Brooke, and he resolved our issue same day for multiple problems!!
