I have got my hair done here a couple times and so has my son. Ms Ida owns the shop and is amazing to go to. She is easy to talk too and very nice. She goes above and beyond. I’m new to Anchorage and very glad I found her shop so quickly. The other ladies who braid in her shop are nice and do a great job. I linked a few different pictures of hair her shop has done for me and my son.
Ms Ida and her other ladies are also great about answering questions and teaching if you need help. There’s also mirrors all around the shop so if you bring up any concern over what you see they will immediately address it.

Kind, competent braiders and owner!! We've been coming here from the Valley since 2021 when my daughter was 11 so we didn't have to fight about her hair and she could feel more confident in junior high. She loved the results! Over the years these ladies have given my daughter a safe place to grow and learn how to care for her gorgeous crown of cotton candy hair. Their protective and creative braiding and cornrows styles are great for my active teen. Thank you ♥️ from a relieved Mom.

I have been getting my hair done at Glamour Braids &Weaves since I moved to Anchorage in 2012 Miss Ida always comes through for me and takes me in sometimes at the last minute. Would recommend!
