FIRE AND FLOOD HAS DONE AN AMAZING JOB GETTING US THROUGH A MAJOR WATER LEAK. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY STEFFEN, ANA AND ERICKA HAVE BEEN EFFICIENT AND POLITE. THEY HELPED NAVIGATE ALL THE INSURANCE ISSUES AND PROVIDED PICTURES OF THE PROGRESS. THE CREWS INSIDE THE HOUSE HAVE BEEN CLEAN AND TIDY AFTER EVERY STEP. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO F&F COMPLETING THE RESTORATION AS EFFICIENTLY AS THE DID THE REMIDATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 100%!!
These guys are amazing! My condo has had severe water damage twice in the last two years. Nothing against the guys that fixed it up the previous time, they did a decent job. But fire and flood services superseded them in almost every way. They were faster, cheaper, and ultimately the end result was more satisfactory. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you find yourself in need of renovations or repairs, these are the guys to call.
Adrian was great and Steffen was fantastic as well. These guys were courteous and professional all the way. Hopefully dont want to use them when I did they were an excellent choice. Thank you
