This salon has some very strong points. Dian is nice, she remembers your name and she doesn’t over or under file your nails when doing acrylics. Overfiling is a huge problem at a lot of Anchorage salons to the point that I have permanent damage from another salon. My initial set with her was pretty good, but it didn’t last as long as a well done set would because it started lifting within 2 weeks. My fill started lifting within a few days and so has the second replacement fill.
Unfortunately, this is because of a really big issue so here are the weak points of the salon.

I called morning of to get an appointment for myself and initially just 1 other guest but we ended up needing 3 appointments because the bride of the wedding party I was in also wanted to get services. The team there was extremely accommodating and so nice and excited for all of us.
Cleanliness: The space was really clean!
Great experience. Got tired of larger shops where one or two were very very good and the rest were OK to mediocre. Here they were fast but very good. A small shop but every single person did a great job. I would highly recommend. Checked the health of the nails to make sure all is fine before adding the polish. Nice job and I have a new go-to place.
