Elmendorf AFB Barber Shop provides exceptional haircuts in a peaceful environment. The staff, led by the experienced manager, work well together and ensure customers leave happy. While wait times can be long due to the hybrid reservation and number system, the results are worth it.
I used a couple barbers there until I found someone I like and since then my haircuts are always consistent and I'm always satisfied. I have no complaints. Her name is Jarael. She's an excellent barber who encompasses skill and personal focus on the customers requests and she executes perfectly everytime.
Theresa at JBER, AK Base Exchange does a phenomenal job cutting Black Americans’ hair. Her skill, patience, and attention to detail make every appointment welcoming and professional. She listens carefully, creates clean styles, which makes her customers feel confident, in her skill set. Her consistent quality and friendly service make her an outstanding part of the base community, respected by everyone who has visited her chair.
Get lined up without breaking the bank. The reservation system is a huge time saver. Theresa has been cutting my hair for years and knows my cut. There are other good barbers in the shop also. Ask around and see who has the style that works with your hair.
