- Staff are friendly and answer most questions you might have.
- Their registration system is pretty good and they always keep contact info on file.
- Garments are always well taken care of, my jackets, waistcoats, sweaters, and shirts always get returned imperfection-free with not a stain, wrinkle, odd smell, or errant thread in sight

I haven’t used their delivery service but from what I’ve read online it’s quite good — convenient to have especially since they’re the only cleaner I can think of in town that has more than one location.“
