My dog Doug is a very aggressive chewer and will chew anything in his path and that’s what happened with the dog watch fence. I called Tony, the owner, right away and he and his workers came back over and reinstalled the fence and made it where Doug could not get to it. Works even better now. More importantly the dog watch collar batteries last for a long time! Glad we went with Alaska dog watch. I am very happy with the outcome and Doug is kept in the yard.

I have had the privilege of being a client of these wonderful people for years! Having used a variety of services that they offer, I can confidently vouch for the quality and professionalism in their work.I had the Dogwatch system installed at my home about 8 years ago and have had no issues less ones that were caused by natural means. When I did have any problem, it was handled promptly and professionally.I would highly recommend this company and know that the stand behind their work and incredible customer service!

Tony continues to amaze! We have had our system for over 10 years and when we had an issue come up he immediately fixed it, under warranty. This should be the gold standard in customer service for all companies. We can’t say enough about how thankful we are for DogWatch of Alaska and their long term care of their customers. Well done.
