We’ve had our company Nissan van in the service dept at Continental a few times this past month. I was very impressed with the friendly, professional and caring service we received. Especially from Joseph Lomman who went the extra mile with us and treated us like family. What a guy!

Today I had an appointment with the service department and the person who greeted me was Joseph Lomman. He went about in be on to help me. He was able to save me over $ 200. He found that the key on my car didn't need to reprogram. A very pleasant person and very professional.
