Classic Collision

Although my car wasn’t ready on time, it wasn’t their fault. The wrong part was sent from the source. They helped me with the delivery process to get my car back to me, going the extra mile to do it.

Classic Collision on Dowling extensively repaired my new Tacoma close to a year ago, and yes I waited this long and driven many miles before posting this review. My Service Advisor Megan Grey was outstanding, thank you for all the updates at every stage, your level of experience and professionalism is unparalleled and helped to mitigate the anxiety making the whole process a seamless transition. Thank you Dustin, for a superb job putting my truck back together. It drives no different than when I first bought it. The flawless color match of the paint looks original. I had an excellent experience with Classic Collision. Estimator Nurin C. and autobody painter Fernando R. were both polite, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Classic Collision truly went above and beyond with their service. Not only did they do a great job repairing my Toyota’s bumper, but they also detailed my car and fixed the weather stripping on my rear passenger door. That extra attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience even better.

I highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone needing autobody or paint work. They will be the only place I take my car for future repairs.
