Great experience getting repairs on my 10-year old truck after it was rear ended. They updated me weekly on the status and thoroughly explained when they identified additional repairs. I truly felt valued as a customer. They even replaced my 10-year old original battery cause it was just old:).
Hope to not need their service again, but they will be my go to for future repair needs. In Alaska you are free to take your vehicle wherever you choose. The choice for me is easy.
